Cancel Assistant

Subrecord helps you follow cancellation steps. You must cancel directly with the service provider.

Use these guides as a calm checklist before renewal. After cancelling, confirm the cancellation in the service app or email, then mark the subscription as cancelled, paused, or deleted inside Subrecord.

Netflix

Cancel from your Netflix account billing settings.

  • Open account settings.
  • Review billing date.
  1. Sign in to Netflix.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Cancel Membership.
  4. Confirm the cancellation screen.
  5. Save the confirmation email or screenshot.
  6. Mark Netflix as cancelled in Subrecord.

Spotify

Spotify cancellations usually happen from the account plan page.

  • Open account plan.
  • Check family or student plan details.
  1. Sign in at spotify.com/account.
  2. Open Your plan.
  3. Choose Change plan.
  4. Select Cancel Premium.
  5. Confirm the downgrade date.
  6. Update Spotify status in Subrecord.

YouTube Premium

Manage membership through YouTube purchases and memberships.

  • Open YouTube memberships.
  • Check next billing date.
  1. Open YouTube.
  2. Go to Purchases and memberships.
  3. Select YouTube Premium.
  4. Choose Deactivate or Cancel.
  5. Confirm final access date.
  6. Mark it in Subrecord.

iCloud

Downgrade storage from Apple ID or iCloud settings.

  • Review storage usage.
  • Back up files first.
  1. Open Apple ID settings.
  2. Go to iCloud storage.
  3. Select Change Storage Plan.
  4. Choose downgrade options.
  5. Confirm enough storage remains.
  6. Update iCloud in Subrecord.

Google One

Google One plans can be cancelled from Google One settings.

  • Check storage usage.
  • Review shared family storage.
  1. Open Google One.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Cancel membership.
  4. Review storage impact.
  5. Confirm cancellation.
  6. Update Google One in Subrecord.

LinkedIn Premium

Cancel from LinkedIn Premium subscription settings.

  • Open Premium settings.
  • Check job-search timing.
  1. Open LinkedIn settings.
  2. Go to Premium Subscription.
  3. Select Manage Premium account.
  4. Choose Cancel subscription.
  5. Confirm cancellation.
  6. Record the change in Subrecord.

Canva

Cancel or downgrade Canva from billing and plans.

  • Download needed designs.
  • Check team access.
  1. Open Canva settings.
  2. Go to Billing and plans.
  3. Select the active plan.
  4. Choose cancel or downgrade.
  5. Confirm team and design access.
  6. Update Canva in Subrecord.

Adobe

Adobe plans may have annual terms, so review fees before cancelling.

  • Check plan terms.
  • Export important files.
  1. Sign in to Adobe account.
  2. Open Plans.
  3. Select Manage plan.
  4. Review cancellation fee or end date.
  5. Confirm cancellation or downgrade.
  6. Update Adobe in Subrecord.

Xbox Game Pass

Manage Game Pass through Microsoft subscriptions.

  • Open Microsoft account.
  • Check renewal date.
  1. Open Microsoft account services.
  2. Select Xbox Game Pass.
  3. Choose Manage.
  4. Turn off recurring billing or cancel.
  5. Confirm final access date.
  6. Update Subrecord.

Amazon Prime

Prime membership is managed from Amazon account settings.

  • Review delivery and video benefits.
  • Check renewal date.
  1. Open Amazon account.
  2. Go to Prime membership.
  3. Select Manage Membership.
  4. Choose End Membership.
  5. Confirm cancellation.
  6. Mark Amazon Prime in Subrecord.
